Festival

On August 22nd and 23rd, our parish held its annual Grecian Festival.  Despite the rains on Saturday, the Festival was very successful and every one had a great time.

We thank all our Berkshire neighbors and friends for their continuous support.

We also thank all the parishioners for their hard work in preparing all the delicious food and pastries; all the volunteers that worked hard in setting up the facilities and staffing the sales booth; the “Friends of Angela Poulimenos” who came again from Williamstown and worked so hard, the St. Luke Dancers from East Longmeadow for the great entertainment and all the businesses who donated food, supplies, equipment and money for the success of this event.

As a small community, this event is extremely critical to the financial health of our parish.  But it also provides great entertainment to our community and a chance to expose our neighbors to our traditional Greek foods, dancers, customs and religion.

It should be noted that a portion of the profits from this event are returned to a number of charities in the Berkshires.
